December 9, 20169 yr This one as good as it always uses the latest airac cycle and gives you the fpl in many different formats. http://onlineflightplanner.org/ In addition I would use https://skyvector.com/ This allows you to plot your fpl just by typing in the waypoints. Thus you can check whether the computer generated fpl is correct. Which they sometimes are not! Especially if you want to fly off airway.
