I've seen so many scenery/clouds etc.. chats, but I've not yeat seen any talk about flight models. Surely, this is important?

 

So, for someone who is happy with current scenery & eye-candy, any ideas, constructive please, between FS9, FSX, FSX:SE, DTG, XP?? (flight models only please!!!)
