hi, i went to update to V3.0 today and when the update finished i went to open up the main panel in the sim and for one, the key command didn't work, i had to  open the main panel via -> Views - Instrument Panels - FS2Crew Main Panel and when it opened i got a blank black panel. i did some digging before i posted this and come up this this,

 

( If you get a black box (gauge not loaded):

 

1. Delete your FSX.CFG.  Sometimes people accidentally select 'no' when asked to trust the FS2Crew gauges.  So delete the FSX.CFG, re-run FSX so the CFG re-builds, then re-install FS2Crew.

 

2. When you installed FS2Crew, did you install it to the FSX folder?  Sometimes people don't do that.  It needs to go in the FSX folder.  The installer should auto-detect the location. )

 

I did this two time with the same result, id love to get some help with this. a coupe things to noe are, i did this with the anti virus and firewall off and i did everything with the Admin run, also i never for the  prompt to choose yes or no when asked to trust the FS2Crew gauges after installing.

A black panel means the gauge did not load.

 

Are you using Prepar 3D V3?

In using boxed fsx.
