January 5, 20179 yr The Dash 8-Q400 is becoming one of my favourite aircraft and well suited to my preferred route length of generally anything under two hours. Over the Christmas and New Year break I managed to log a few hours with these images taken on a flight from Bristol (EGGD) to Kerry (EIKY). Taxing to the runway at Bristol with seventy two passengers onboard. Descending into Kerry with the Macgillycuddy's Reeks in the background. The light is fading but we are nicely set on the approach. It is a "tight" ramp at Kerry (even for a Q400) and a nicely detailed airport is available from Eiresim. The flight time was a little over one hour with around 1200 kilos of fuel used. The Q400 is very frugal!

Very much so...I think I use that much just taxiing the 747 to the runway! Great shots of a very nice bird!
