January 6, 20179 yr There seems to be times when ChasePlane won't start. The splash screen comes up, disappears, and that's all that happens. If I wait some period of time and try again, usually an update downloads and things work again. Is this happening because you are putting up updates? I though there were plans to implement something that would allow us to run if your servers are down? What happened to that plan? I haven't heard it mentioned much lately. I love the product, but its frustrating trying to start the sim and having to wait because ChasePlane won't run.
January 6, 20179 yr IMHO this should be considered on a future update, since there are times in which you won't like to be connected to the internet when flying. I'm very satisfied by CP, it's simply great and easy to use, and the developer is rolling out experimental alpha updates every day!. January 7, 20179 yr Commercial Member It is possible that ChasePlane skips a beat and does not enter the update process properly. We are investigating the issue. For an offline mode, we need to stabilize the platform and then create an offline derivative. We anticipate it for v1.0 Keven Menard Technical Director, //42.
