Undocking window in X-Plane 11

Featured Replies

Hi,

Any update on the ability to put the RealityXP GNS 430 on a separate monitor? I've mounted a small screen on my Desktop Aviator Model 2670 to make it more realistic, but obviously I would have to be able to pop out the unit to make it work. I noticed the last post was a number of months ago, which is prompting the question.

Thanks

Hi, I've posted in other discussions about this: this requires XP11.1 and the SDK3, which both are in beta for now. However, we're working on this and the latest update includes already some underlying changes needed for this.

The last batch of updates were about fixing the remaining issues, mostly the stuck Garmin trainer process aka 'black screen' which happens from time to time to few customers. The next update will focus on this feature alone, so as to try being ready when XP11.1 release becomes officially released!

HI,

Now that Laminar has released X-Plane 11.10 r3, have they released the SDK3 you need to be able to undock? Any insights to the timing of a undockable version would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time in addressing these matters.

I love your product and look forward to using it on another monitor.

Mark

Thank you for your kind words!
