The North American variety of Mustang works quite well with the GTN 650 and is quite close to the Citation variety in terms all out performance.  RR-Packard V12 sounds a lot nicer than the little hairdryers on the Citation IMHO (J/K, the Citation Mustang is a great plane) Tho the Civil P-51 really makes you do the rudder pedal dance during TO and Landing, as a high performance taildragger like it should.  I tried to land it at Catalina with a good crosswind....it was not a pretty landing.    I am not aware of any other F1 Citation Mustang, as far as I know the real C-Mustang is only equipped with the G1000.  You might find some older Citations (pre FMS) upgraded with GTN in real life.

Cheers

There are no plans announced to do so - the Citation Mustang is equipped with the G1000 only.
