January 31, 20179 yr Did you buy it from PMDG directly, or a third party like Aerosoft? If in doubt, lodge a support ticket here: http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/ Which will require a separate login to your PMDG shop login, if you have one. Wes Meyer

ThanX for the help No problem; when lodging a ticket, bear in mind their team is most likely gearing up for the 747 release so not sure how this will affect response times, but PMDG is usually pretty good.
