I'm on final at YBBN I touch the ground to late so I manualy put full thrust and after I click on the TOGA button, after my throttle, my PFD ND EICAS's frooze and my 14Hours flight is dead.

 

So it was just the instruments?  The rest of the sim was still flying?  Weird.  There is an issue mentioned in the intro about the instruments freezing after cycling through tower view when over the ocean.  But you say this happened right at an airport.

First thing to try is the FO view, see how things are doing from a different view.
