Lost of Control on Final

Hi,

 

My friend who purchase the B747 V.3 is pretty frustrated. He was flying a 3 hours flight and all was going well until he was on final he had no ailerons, no rudder and no elevators. it suddenly stop working.

 

Any idea?

What hardware if any was he using for control surfaces? Was it detected and showing inputs in FSX?

Usually an issue with:

1. Advanced animations not being checked
2. Use of misconfigured FSUIPC
3. Out of Memory errors

Please read the Intro Manual for recommendations on how to solve various issues.

Or are your controls connected via USB and Windows puts USB ports "to sleep" when not actively used for a certain amount of time?
