What are progressive taxi lights?

I'm assuming he's referring to the progressive taxi lines that show up when you request it in the sim (I think FS9's was a magenta dashed 3D beveled line that would show up on the taxiways; FSX's might be the same but flat and yellow?). Either that or a follow me car or something. Either way, neither would be ours to handle.

I have found that they can appear/ disappear on changing views - when using a complex addon aircraft. Try cycling through the VC views or exterior views a couple of times and they come back.

 

As Kyle said; this is an FSX bug/ glitch nothing specifically to do with PMDG.

Ganter follows my problem.

This is a sim function, and not a PMDG function. We don't interact with it at all.
