Base pack purchased via Aerosoft Shop and expansion via PMDG website

Hello all,

I would like to ask if I can buy the 777 BASE pack via Aerosoft online shop and the expansion pack via PMDG. Does it work or do I have to purchase the BASE and expansion pack both via Aerosoft or PMDG shop?

I would assume that you could.

But to be sure, submit a ticket to PMDG Support through their website...

why not  just  buy  both products  either  from pmdg or  aerosoft  would  make  it  less  complicated  for  later  on

It should be possible. You'll eventually get two different activation serial numbers so I don't see the problem in doing it so.

Yes you can buy the BASE pack from Aerosoft and the extension from PMDG. I did and they worked fine.

Hi,

 

However if you have the choice, I would advise to buy everything from PMDG's website. So all the updates are managed directly through the operation center.

It makes it more simple and avoid some questions and issues with updates of the products when bought on other suppliers' website.
