Hi, does anyone  know a good way/a tool to reinstall Prepar3D v3 without having to reinstall any/most of the addons?

Unless you WANT to do a complete reinstall of everything, just update the client.msi an it won't affect your add-ons.

If you want a complete reinstall - really, your best bet for trouble free operation is to bite the bullet and reinstall everything. If you want to gamble, uninstall P3D but do NOT delete the P3D folders. Reinstall P3D in same location. A great many of your add-ons will work without issue but when you find one that doesn't, you'll need to either reinstall it or update the registration, etc.
