March 4, 20179 yr Hi, I have installed an airport scenery to my P3D and now I have both the add-on scenery and the default airport scenery on top of each other at the same location. Do I need to remove the default scenery? and if so how? Any help would be really appreciated!! Thanks Josh
March 4, 20179 yr Commercial Member You need to contact whomever made the addon as it's not designed correctly. It is up to the addon to suppress the default airport. Deleting default scenery files is just a really, really bad idea. Ed Wilson Mindstar AviationMy Playland - I69
March 4, 20179 yr Hi Josh, If you use a traffic addon, make sure to rename (or remove) the scenery file matching you "double" airport within the addon's scenery folder. - PC Hardware: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D // Asus ROG Crosshair X870E HERO // 2x32Gb Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5 6000MT/s CL30 // ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4090 OC Edition // 4Tb Corsair NVMe M.2 MP600 // Corsair 1600W PSU Samsung Odyssey Arc 55" curved 165 Hz monitor. - Simulator Hardware: VIRPIL Constellation Alpha Prime + VIRPIL VPC Universal Control Panel - #3 + MOZA AY210 Force Feedback Yoke + WINWING URSA MINOR 32 Throttle & PAC Metal + WINWING SKYWALKER Metal Rudder Pedals + WINWING Airbus FCU & EFIS + WINWING Boeing 3N PAP + WINWING MCDU-32 + WINWING PFP-4 + WINWING PFP 3-N + WINWING PFP-7.
March 4, 20179 yr Author Thank's Guys, I tried installing, reinstalling and everything and then I decided to email the devs because I don't use any traffic add-ons but decided to try one last time and when I loaded sim for first time it created scenery indexes and everything seems to be working fine now.
