March 6, 20179 yr Hello, Just a small question. With the PMDG 777 there is an option called FBW Trim Ref Speed. This adds a marker to the PFD which makes it easier for me to trim the 777. Is there a similar option for the 747 available? Or any helper to set the trim? Or is it possible to set the trim during manual flight automatically? Thank you. Chris Matt
March 6, 20179 yr the only reason that feature was implemented in the 777 was because there was no real way to know what the fbw was doing with the trim and because people were having issues trimming the airplane. With the 747, it's a conventional trim system just like the 737. theres no need to have a reference bug. If you can fly any other airplane in fsx/p3d, youll be able to fly the 747. FAA: ATP-ME, 737 CA, enough time in the 757/767 to be dangerous 🤠 Matt Kubanda, 7950X3D, 64GB RAM, RTX 5090@4k, MSFS 2024
