March 10, 20179 yr Trying to download my purchased file but the download stops randomly for no reason. When I try all over again it stops again... Any ideas why that is please? Thanks Robert Janus

March 10, 20179 yr Author Thank You, file downloaded and installed as per instructions but I have non working 737 panel now and have no idea where to go and what to do from here. All displays are black, cant change or move any switches or nobs. When in outside view non of the moving wing parts are actually moving, Airplane will take off when throttle up on my joystick but that is about all I can do with this airplane. I am new to all this and little frustrated and discourage on the same time. Not sure what to do next... Robert Janus

Check out the read me file that came with the installer and follow the recommended steps to ensure the SimConnect modules are installed.
