March 26, 20179 yr Hi, hope someone can help I used my PMDG login to buy the new 747 today, (the same account I've used in the past) and purchase went through OK. Website gave me download link, however after clicking on it the download wouldn't start. I also never got any of the usual emails from PMDG with the invoice, and serial numbers etc. And now when I try and login to their site it says "The login information you provided was not found in our database. Please try again or use the password reminder tool to retrieve a lost password.". I tried the load password link, but received no email. And now I'm unable to even log a support ticket as I can't login Any one know of another way to contact them outside the Support Forum????
