737_8_900 NGX no activation page show up after installation in FSX

Featured Replies

Hello everybody,

I have just installed FSX and then PMDG 737_8_900 on a 64 bit windows 7 based computer by following the suggestions given in Introduction document. However, no activation page show up after first run of FSX and an attempt to commence PMDG Operation Center results in an error related to (0xc000007b).

Does someone know what is the problem and how to solve it?

Thanks in advance.

Sincerely,

Activation issues should be submitted to PMDG support at - http://support.precisionmanuals.com. If you have never used support you will need to register creating a new User ID and password. This forum is user to user help but I don't believe anyone could help you with activation issues.

The activation popup windows will appear the time you select one of the PMDG aircraft from FSX menu

You have to select the aircraft in the sim. Loading the sim alone will not force the window to display.

If you're using FSX:SE, then you need to follow the directions that came with the installer, and install the SimConnect modules required by the aircraft. There's an article in our Knowledge Base at support.precisionmanuals.com with the instructions, too, if you've already deleted the installer/zip file.

If you're using regular FSX and it's not working, then it's likely that FlexNet has been disabled, or is being interfered with by your anti-virus software. Please submit a ticket at the link in my signature and we'll sort it out.
