I Googled "Can't access Level-D Forum" and found several answers that may solve your issue.

Best wishes.

I tried several ways yesterday then emailed support ticket. They fixed it for me in hours.

System details: Gigabyte P57v7 CF2 17.3" laptop. Kaby Lake i7 7700HQ CPU (averaging 3.4mhz). NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 8mb (laptop version), 16 GB of DDR4-2400 RAM, SSD - Samsung 970 Evo  500GB M.2 NVMe, 1TB HDD 7200.

I've had no problem, just followed the links from Avsim front page to Flight1 page then LevelD link at the bottom to Forums...not much activity about the Prepar3D update..came out of the blue. I chose the full installer, no probs installed straight to my P3D folder. Im currently refreshing my memory from the Level D 767 manual. This update has opened new routes to be flown between the 737ngx and the 777.
