[Resolved] Strange anomalies, Giant colored blocks

I started P3D today and got these giant colored transparent blocks from the ground up into the sky. Its happening at every airport I go to, USA & Europe.  I couldn't figure out how to insert a pic.  I don't know if it has to do with the weather engine or what.

Hello Jerry,

You have "Ticked" some of the Options in the Navigation Visuals settings.

Launch Prepar3D,  At the top right of the screen, Go to Tools > Navigation Visuals and Un-Tick the Box's you don't want to use

Sure enough, I had forgotten I did that.  I just started using P3D and I had no idea those ticks would have that effect.  What exactly are they for?

They give you something to aim for when practising your approaches etc.
