I have been very willing to give FSW a shot and have tried to be patient. I can take the buggy software, the missing features of the sim, then annoying ATC voices, etc, etc., but if I am going to waste my time to fill out a support ticket just to be ignored, then I will not be around for long - that I can promise you. This is certainly a turn-off that I cannot tolerate. My ticket hasn't even been acknowledged and it's been almost 4 days and I suspect it being the weekend, will be Monday at the earliest. I suspect this post will be ignored just like my previous one.
