  2. Hello Dave, During the Early Access program, we are committed to collecting feedback on FSW from simmers like yourself over at the official FSW forums (On the FSW website and on Steam). The good folks at Orbx don't provide support for FSW as that is our job Thank you for the feedback (I see you have raised a ticket with us as well) and it has been duly noted. We are focused on other areas at the moment (mainly community fixes and Workshop functionality) however scenery improvements are definitely something we want to get to in the future. Happy flying! Aimee
  3. Hi there. I just wanted to pop in to say that I'm sorry you are experiencing crashes and that the bug report is designed solely for the purpose of collecting information. For interactive support, please visit dovetailgames.kayako.com and fill out a ticket there. All the best, Aimee
  4. LOL! Not sure that's gonna make it into the next update, but it sure made me smile
  5. We don't have a timeline on that. Our focus now is working with developers individally in order to help them make the most of what Flight SIm World has to offer. I'm really excited to see what developers end up doing with the technologies we have implemented in FSW!
  6. Not sure where you are getting that from, but this is a false statement.
  7. FSX has also been around for many years. Sometimes when yuou update software, you discover other programs which don't work as they should. We aren't in the habit of pointing fingers when something goes wrong, however we are working with the partner in question to get it resolved.
  8. We are more than happy to teach other developers how to use it. The reason we spent so much time and effort on our stock aircraft is to set a benchmark!
  9. Just checked with the dev team, and it is model dependent.
  10. Funny you should make that request - we are planning a video which does just that
  11. We are definitely releasing regular updates, however we aren't setting a solid deadline for them it is largely dependent on the content. We can build and release smaller updates in as little as a week, but we are planning some pretty big ones for this summer which will take longer.
  12. They are automatic. They should start downloading once you open the Steam client.
  13. The issue isn't on our end I'm afraid, but we are trying to get it sorted out!
