Just for fun, I removed all traces of P3Dv3 along with all PMDG aircraft in v3  and the Ops Center. Reinstalled v4 and the Queen for v4. Installed FSUIPC and registered - the 747 loads and runs fine (still didn't get asked for registration details for the Queen though)
