June 9, 20178 yr I have a GeForce 970 graphics card with the latest driver and my AA is terrible at best. The new driver install tanked all my good settings. Can someone post or provide a link to some Nvidia Inspector settings for a 970 and FSX:SE? Jagged edges everyplace. Dancing water. I think the CPU is fine for driving the better or higher settings. June 9, 20178 yr FSX:SE at 2560 x 1440, GTX 970. After the Creators Update reset all of my graphics settings in NVIDIA Profile Inspector, I decided to try just using the NVIDIA Control Panel in Windows. I'm still playing with the options but, so far, the only changes I've made in the NVIDIA Control Panel are to the Microsoft Flight Simulator 10 profile (under the Program Settings tab): Anisotropic filtering - 8x Antialiasing - FXAA - On Multi-display/mixed-GPU acceleration - Single display performance mode Texture filtering - Anisotropic sample optimisation - Off Texture filtering - Negative LOD bias - Clamp Vertical sync - Adaptive (half refresh rate) Everything else in the NVIDIA Control Panel and Profile Inspector I've left at default. It looks good on my display. If you don't have any problems with shimmering (which benefits from SGSS in Profile Inspector), give it a try. i7-14700k | Asus ROG STRIX Z790-F Gaming WIFI | 32GB DDR5 RAM | MSI RTX 4080 Super | WD Black SN850X 1TB & 2TB | Corsair HX1000i ATX3.0 | MSI MAG401QR 40" monitor | Win 11 Pro 64-bit | Meta Quest 3
