June 16, 20178 yr Hi Everybody, I too am having problems with getting a key. I have used the JD e-mail generation on the opening RC screen following a new installation but no key as yet. Been waiting two days!!! Any help would be much appreciated. R C Stevens

June 17, 20178 yr I had a problem recently when the automated email selected my default (business) email address which was not the one I bought with. Once I spotted this I got an automated reply back instantly. The point I'm making is - if you don't get a reply instantly you have probably made a mistake.
