What exactly is LC North America and what geographical area does it cover?

Featured Replies

Is it mesh or what exatly is it. I have FTX Global, HD Trees..and also Ultimaterrain x for p3dv4. I use all of that and the TEP vegetation textures from the lady in France lol. What would I expect to see and what area does it cover. I primarily fly east of the Mississippi.. Not sure if this is more for the Northwest, Canada, Alaska area.

Thanks for any guidance.

Awesome products,

It's not a mesh but mostly something that makes the ground more detailed and about right. Textures are placed in a better way, houses are where houses would be in real life (same for treelines, etc), small lakes that are normally missing appear, etc. I enjoy the LC packages a lot.

Thank you Roman..bought yesterday . I have Ultimate Terrain USA. For p3dv4..should I turn off any settings inside UT to not conflict with LC North America? And does it later itself correctly in Library?😀

Hi Bob,

I also use UT for vector roads, waterways, and coastlines... You can probably turn off the landclass features in UT - or just position LCNA with a higher priority - - - I'm pretty sure I've done it both ways without an issue...

I believe the package also includes some new textures ???
