Hi I just purchased my DX10 Fixer and I love it, it fixed two mayor problems I had in DX10. However reading in other forums it seems that there is no way of having the tooltips tags shown in DX10 mode other than windowed mode or a pseudo full screen (kind of windowed borderless mode), is this true?
