June 28, 20178 yr It just happened again. The software just stopped and restarted and crashed. LOGS ->>> https://pastebin.com/k2G4Pb3b
June 28, 20178 yr Commercial Member Thanks for the report. This error is caused when multiple phrases are trying to be recognized at the same time. I couldn't see any signs of overlapped speech in the log, but it may have happened. The only thing I could see in the log that might have caused a problem was the program trying to load the Microsoft Anna voice and failing, which causes it to have to load a different voice. This delay may have caused the multiple recognitions to overlap. I have added a "Clear" button to all the Voice settings that will allow you to clear a setting. Right now, because you don't have the Anna voice installed, the dropdown is blank, but the voice is still being set to Anna from the saved Configuration at startup. The clear button will allow you to remove the setting completely. As a workaround, if you set all the voices to a voice in the drop-down list, this error will stop and it might prevent this problem from occurring again. Thanks, Dave

June 28, 20178 yr Commercial Member No, sorry for the confusion. I added a Clear button that will come out in the next release. It isn't there yet. The workaround would be to assign a voice to each controller from the drop-down list, which only has the available voices on your system. I suspect Anna was set in the AppConfig some time ago when it was available on your system and is no longer available. Dave
