June 30, 20178 yr Commercial Member Having the wrong ILS frequency shouldn't matter to Pilot2ATC. It doesn't use it for anything. The log file doesn't show anything strange except that it stopped running after the copilot was starting to make the initial call to tower. Looks like it never got out. If it was a CTD with no error message, I'm afraid there's no way to figure out what happened. Thanks for the report. We'll keep an eye out for it in the future. Dave

July 1, 20178 yr Commercial Member Unfortunately, that error message is just Windows telling you which program it brought down and does not contain any information that would help diagnose what happened.
