Half Moon to Oakland

I just flew the scenic route 4 times. First in AF 2 on my tablet, then in FSX with Aerosoft San Francisco X, then in my AF 2 PC version, and finally in FSW. I liked the FSW version the best. AeroFly 2 has very high FPS but it seems way too sterile. FSX has micro pauses, low FPS and was constantly redrawing scenery. The tablet version did not compete that well with the others either, although it is great for travelling.

I like the logged flights of FSW, the handling of the planes and the populated world. FTX Global is a bonus. I imported my Photo Real cities easily as well. As it is very similar to FSX I think this one will be a winner with current FSX owners.

That's a great assessment between AF 2, FSX and FSW.  Thanks for sharing.  I have found that the more I fly in FSW, the more I like it.  No particular scenery in mind, but just the fluidity of the graphics rendering and the way the aircraft handle.  There are still some optimizations to do yet, but so far, FSW is growing on me.
