So the new i7-7700k and 1080 video cards did not make it here, guess we are too far in the boonies. However i did get an avionics panel from Volairsim, and wanted to add a second Saitek radio panel, and 3 more FIPs. We spend several hours trying to get all the Saitek stuff to work: multi-panel, switch panel, 9 Flight Instrument Panels, and 2 radio stacks. Played around with trying to get everything to work, and not much luck. We ended up dividing the power through 4 Belkin powered hubs, and can get all but 3 panels to work; using SPAD too. Maybe the power supply is not enough? Have 850. Would moving to 1000 help? Or any other suggestions?? Son and I are stumped. Then he tells me that the i7-770 will not fit the Maximus VII Hero; so will need to get another mobo I guess. I would like to solve the Saitek/power problem first; then we will tear the machine down with new mobo, and new SDD, and finally HOPEFULLY get P3Dv4! Thanks for reading, and ALL suggestions appreciated!!
