Weather Ship Radio gauge for the PMDG DC-6B available

Recommended Posts

Just like for the A2A Boeing 377 Stratocruiser and L049 Constallation, here is an updated version for the PMDG DC-6A/B of my Weather Ship Radio gauge.

The zip file contains the Weather Ship Radio gauge itself, as well as installation instructions for all 3 addons, Manual and Google Earth .kmz file displaying the coordinates of the Weather ships in both the Atlantic and Pacific.

Have fun - and feel free to ask for troubleshooting and other kinds of support.

Also look at the Bubble sextand available too for vintage navigation - Original made by Dave Bitzer amd now updated by Kronzsky:

The bubble sextant is happily working in P3Dv4. :)

Since the weather ship gauge is also XML based I am guessing it will work fine in v4 also.

Yes - initially there was a compability issue with my original FSX xml code in P3D, but this has been fixed with this version.

Thanks Finn, I see the install txt refers to P3d, I guess the panel.cfg modif is the same in fsx?

Yes, only the file path's are different, otherwise the content of the Panel.cfg should look the same.

It is only a pop-up window.. Did you add windowXX=Weathership Gauge in the list at the beginning of the panel.cfg and the according [windowXX] section behind the other window definitions? While XX being the number the follows the existing ones.
