Chaseplane issue

Featured Replies

I am having an issue with Chaseplane.  Yesterday, it was working fine.  Today it wouldn't load either on startup, or manually.  Nothing would show up or if it would, the CP splash screen would open and then an error message would pop up and say "time out".  I decided to do an uninstall/reinstall and now I can't download it.  It takes a long time and then the following error comes up:

Installation Error: System.Exception: cpDownloadError
   at A.B.A(Boolean )
   at VFXCentral.MainWindow.A(Object , DoWorkEventArgs )
   at System.ComponentModel.BackgroundWorker.OnDoWork(DoWorkEventArgs e)
   at System.ComponentModel.BackgroundWorker.WorkerThreadStart(Object argument)

I have no idea what could be causing this because outside of adding some scenery (which I doubt would do anything to CP), I have made no changes or updates.  What could this be?

AVSIM hosts the FSFX Packages/ChasePlane Support Forums and I think you would get a lot of help from posting your issue in their forums.  See the following link - https://www.avsim.com/forums/forum/775-fsfx-packages-chaseplane-support/
