August 5, 20178 yr In the background, while using P3D, it appears Windows was trying to activate Windows or Microsoft Office and could not. August 5, 20178 yr Author no. im asking if you think it caused the sim crash? becuse it happends allso when my sim doesnt crash..
August 5, 20178 yr Yes, I believe it caused the sim to crash. We warn everyone about things running in the background while you are using your sim. Windows may decide to update Windows or an anti-virus or anti-malware program might decide this is a good time to update those programs. I personally have not seen this happen but it makes sense that anything running in the background taking up additional computer resources, would crash the sim.
