Installing avatars gives me a weird message in ChasePlane

Whenever I install new custom avatars for P3D v4, and upon launching the sim, I get a pop up window from Chaseplane saying:

The following aircraft have been modified to work with ChasePlane. and it lists the avatars that are installed, and then says Please restart your simulator if you have one of those aircrafts loaded.

Why am I getting this popup, these are not aircrafts.
