So am looking at starting voice fs2crew does anyone know if there is a printable manual on the commands in each stage without all the high res photos I need to print so as not to have to keep backing out and forgetting what to say thanks guys

The manuals (pdf) are located in the Docs folder in whichever FS2Crew version you installed, there are also numerous check/flows available via google, again, for the aircraft you have FS2Crew installed.

Also in the Avsim file library there are numerous user created "cheat sheets".  Just search for "FS2Crew".

However,  note that the official manuals are governing.  Some of the user created stuff has little mistakes.
