Hi

Can't find out how to get rid of the nav flag on the HSI.

All my other instruments are working fine,I just cannot figure out how to repair or how to get rid of the flag. I should add I'm using the gtn 750 also but as i'm new to that, I don't know if that is the cause and how to remedy the fix

any help would be great

Is the GTN set to GPS or VLOC mode?

If in GPS mode, is there a flight plan loaded?

If in VLOC mode, is an active VOR tuned?

I have it set to gps Bert, but no plan loaded ,just practising approaches into Lowi from Lowi out to rtt and back and landing on 08

No plan, no guidance... NAV flag shows that.

Enter a Direct-to and the flag will disappear.
