The Queen's wing tip vortex

Recommended Posts

Just wondering if anybody else is experiencing the Queens wing tip vortex's not being aligned with the wing tip but show up quite a distance below the tip? is it only mine or is it for everyone, running P3DV4, or as I'm using PrecipitFX has that affected it.

Cheers Rod.

Try disabling precipitfx and see if the problem persists. Would you mind posting a few screenshots of the issue? I personally have not run into this issue.

Just so you're aware, PMDG require full names to be signed in all posts, first and last.

This issue is related to the wing flex and will be fixed when FSFX produce a dedicated package for the queen. If you have purchased effects for the other PMDG aircraft you will notice that there is no problem.

I'm hoping FSFX are working on a queen package.

They stated that it is in the works but not for a while as they have to rework a lot of their techniques for the 747.
