Hmmm, that's interesting...I feel like I've seen this happen in spot view before. Try changing the view to "locked spot" and see if it still happens. 

So I must have a brain freeze right now but I use super traffic board to watch the ai planes but that view is the ai planes view. I don't see the way to use locked spot view with that program. I think that was an option in FSX but don't know how to use it in P3D V4. I never needed to worry about that before, because everything just worked out of the box. I miss those days (a little).
