After running RUNWAY ENTRY PROCEDURE I hear a CHECK message that repeats every 10 to 15 seconds?

You shouldn't hear a check ever 10 seconds.  You're putting something into a loop somehow.  Check the Green Bar to see what's being detected.  

I don't understand the 2nd question.

After message CHECK there is a message on green bar "Captain: Hold"

Try moving your mic further away from your speakers, and lower your mic sensitivity. 

Re-run the voice training.

 

The mic could be picking up ambient sound and interpreting that the wrong way.

I can't see any reason why a WiFi headset would be an issue.

 

I changed the level of the microphone but nothing changes, I always the message CHECK followed by captain: hold
Is it possible that this problem comes from the use of a headset wifi microphone?

Your wifi headset should make no difference.
