FO not operating taxi or landing lights before departure

I notice that there is no setup in the config for the 737 for the FO to operate the lights. However there is one in the 747. Is it possible to correct this in the next update?

The FO will operate the lights by default as per his flows described in the manuals.

The only reason we added the config option in the 747 is because some people would not want the FO to turn on the lights due to some rare dynamic lighting issue in P3D V4.
