September 15, 20178 yr I am currently using P3D V3 and I recently launched the Operations Center to get updates. I updated all the 737 versions I have, and then when updated the 747-400 II. I was told to download the full installer, I downloaded the full 747 installer and selected the "Modify" radio button to add any fixes or updates using the full installer. After completing all the updates I shut down the Operations Center. However, when I launch the Operations Center, I am notified to update these same A/C again............it was as though I never updated? September 15, 20178 yr Hi, When a new installer is indicated, you have to uninstall the QOTS II using the Windows Add/remove programs then install again the QOTS II using the latest installer dowloaded. The process is external to the OC. Romain Roux Avec l'avion, nous avons inventé la ligne droite. St Exupéry, Terre des hommes.
September 16, 20178 yr Author Budbud, Thanks, For some reason, and this is one of my big frustrations with developers in general. I have experienced cases where you just use a full installer to update the software, and in other cases you have to uninstall. But as I just looked at the Operations Center text message, there was no mention of uninstalling! September 16, 20178 yr That's a little unusual. I know when they announced the updates, they specifically mentioned that it needed to be done, so I'm surprised it wasn't mentioned in the Operations Center text.
