Ganter,

How might I get your cfg file? I just bought the DA-42 and it is truly underpowered. I was going to give up on it and stay with the DA-40, until this thread. It looks like there is hope after all.

Thanks, Duane

Check your PM's Duane.

Happy flying!

Jim,

Thanks for the file, it's got plenty of power now. I haven't done much with twins yet so I 've got lots to re-learn on how to use the all power it now has. Any advice on taxiing? My "S" turn down the runway are amusing for now, but eventually I'll figure it out. Again, thanks for sharing.

Hi Ganter

Thank you so much for the adjustments on this aircraft :)    This aircraft is now more flyable, and the performance is spot on! It finally lifts off the runway! ☺️

Hello!

I'm also in need of this update. Please drop me a PM. :)

Aircraft felt really under powered for me also. Can I have a link for your modified aircraft.cfg ? Apparently you disabled receiving PM, so I am just asking using this reply.

Thank you for sharing your tweaks with us !

Late to the party! I'm requesting a link to your mod for the DA42 also...and many thanks for your contribution.

Cheers,

Greg

Hi,

I've just installed this power upgrade, and now quite enjoy flying it again, after being unloved in my hangar for a couple of years. Thanks ganter.
