If by "another system" you mean another platform to decrease the chance of OOMs then you need to look at 64-bit platforms such as P3Dv4. With regard to the boxes you are seeing, you don't by any chance have any Ultimate Terrain X areas installed as these also contain street lights which I guess could cause problems with Orbx lights if they are both active?
