October 5, 20178 yr In FSX:SE settings menu lock the frame rate to 30 fps. In Nvidia Inspector set the fps to unlimited. Try that. Set the graphics resolution to the native resolution of your monitor. My PC monitor's native resolution is 1280 x 1024 so I set FSX:SE's resolution to 1280 x 1024. October 6, 20178 yr In the FSX menu lock the framerate to 30. In the Nvidia Inspector, set that to unlimited. Don't use 4k resolution FSX was not engineered for that. October 18, 20178 yr Are you running any other programs on your PC apart from FSX:SE and possibly a weather program? Do stream any videos or music. I am afraid that is as far as my experience goes.
