Tires Temp and Failure

Featured Replies

I receive "tire failure/Brake Temp " warning on almost every flight with 747-Queen.

I went through  FMC  Aircraft Failures  pages  and  initiated "No Active failure". But It comes back.

How can I stop failures.

Physically, perhaps.

This usually means your pedals are not properly configured in the sim and/or FSUIPC. Set them in the sim. Check the box for "reverse." Then process in FSUIPC, and ensure you've set a tiny bit of a null zone.

Kyle, thanks for your quick response. I will check CH Pro-pedals axis and calibration.

I just check them:

Brake (Left Axis)127  Reverse Box checked

Brake(Right Axis)127 Reverse Box checked

Null Zone:

Brake(Left) was 1 increased to 3

Brake(Right) was 1 increased to 3

Are they correct?

Different hardware can have different settings, so only one way to find out. Try it. If it works, great. If it doesn't, try something else. I have the CH pedals, and what I did with FSUPIC when setting the null zones was I hit the pedals until I felt back pressure on them, then set that as the minimum, then set the maximum as the pedal all the way to the floor. So the null zone in my case would be from the point when I'm not even touching it at all to the point where I start to feel back pressure on the pedal when I hit it.

Use the calibration program from CH. There you can see if the pedals are correctly configured or no and if the brakes are sending values
