October 18, 20178 yr Hello fellow pilots, I recently updated to p3Dv4.1 and all works fine. I noticed however that this weekend some minor updates were pushed for several of the PMDG products including the NGX. When I access my operations center however, I get the message that the OC has not been able to determine the most recent version of my PMDG product. (which is 1.20.8443) Is there a way this can be fixed? Thanks Daniel West Daniel W. 737 NGX Captain
October 18, 20178 yr Something is blocking the OC from "calling home." Were the updates installed or did the windows flash open then closed? Actually I'm asking if you can determine if the OC does have communications with it's server? Dan Downs KCRP
October 18, 20178 yr Author I don't know whether the updates installed or not because I cannot find anywhere what the latest version of the product should be. Cheers, Daniel West Daniel W. 737 NGX Captain

Cheers, Daniel West Easy way to check versions without OC is to use Windows Programs and Features list from control panel. The version is the far right column. 90% of problems with OC are caused by AV software. Dan Downs KCRP
October 19, 20178 yr Author Funnily enough, today when I opened the OC again, it instantly recognized the version numbers and prompted me to update the OC as well as the NGX so I am golden. Thanks for the help downscc. Much appreciated ;) Daniel W. 737 NGX Captain
