March 24, 200620 yr Author It depends on what you mean by compatible. If you want everything to line up correctly, then yes, you will want those patches. :) Technically, things will run without applying the patches.Allen has worked hard to get a large number of fixes available on release day for many add-ons. There are more fixes for other products coming. They are not difficult to install at all.Many add-on sceneries released so far were designed to lineup with the default MS scenery. There are many inaccuracies in the default locations of roads, rivers and shorelines which are corrected by UT. So it's not really the fault of UT, or the add-on sceneries for that matter. It is a consequence of the continuing drive for better accuracy and detail in our flightsimming world.Believe me, UT is well worth it.Tony
