Morning folks,

Having microstutters with the above setup.

Anyone using similar and would care to share their graphics settings, was working well on V3 but teething on V4.

Thanks

Steve

Stephen, did you delete your p3d.cfg and restart the sim?

I run similar setup, and having super performance with sliders full and 4k resolution.

Welcome to the forums!

My 4790K running at 4.9GHz with fast memory doesn't bottleneck the 1080.  I run my GPU intense settings (4096 textures, high resolution terrain textures, shadows, dynamic reflections, 4xSSAA, Dynamic lighting) at high settings, while 3D water and rain/snow effects are disabled (they don't look realistic to me).  Even flying in system heavy areas (ORBX SoCal Region) my GPU rarely goes above 60% usage... thus offering plenty of overhead.

HTH,

Greg
