I know its 4K but I would be planning to reduce to 3840x1440 if it will let me in the meantime. Need a new screen and sort of future proofing. Thoughts please. S

Just to complicate matters, I too am looking to change my monitor from 1920x1040 to a 27" or bigger with a gtx 970. Been looking at a 2560x1440 predator. Is g-sync and 144mhz necessary. Thanks S

Hi folks, What's the best method of setting up the CH Throttle quadrant for throttle and reverse using the above without the CH control manager. I don't want to assign a button to reverse as its not realistic. Had it working previously in version 2 but cant remember what I did. Thanks S

Got it working. Copied my old key.

Windows 10 installed fine. Installed V3. No problems. FSUIPC 4.945a install as administrator and get an error saying there may be an updated version. No sign of the registration page on the installer. Any ideas. Log below for info. Currently have FTX Global FTX Europe Orbx Scotland, England UK2K plus other airports. I have vector but that's turned off which improved my VAS usage. Do I need Vector? Thanks S

Update. Turned off more add on scenery. Edinburgh to Manchester with orbx Scotland and England on with uk2k all on Fresh .cfg file with NO tweaks Average 33fps and 300,000vas left on landing. Included some ai traffic too. Better. S

Hi guys I know this as been mentioned millions of times before and before I start I must say I think P3D is better than FSX but with the exception of OOM errors. I have used FSX and now P3D with the following. Ftx global, land class and vector Orbx Scotland and England All uk2k airports Other random European airports Aircraft used are Ngx Majestic dash Aerosoft A319 Utilities ASN Efb Fsuipc Gsx Having flown hundreds of hours on fsx without a single oom I now find myself getting OOM with p3d after about 20 mins of flight. I set myself up a test bed at uk2k Edinburgh in the ngx, take off off line and with no traffic, alt set at 20k feet and hdg 180 deg and bang. 20 mins later oom. I have tuned down the sliders to allow a steady 30fps and tried turning off unnecessary scenery but still can't escape this problem. There doesn't seem much point in having really nice aircraft or scenery or indeed mega computers if this issue can't be resolved. Any ideas. Thanks. S
